Georges Remy is a third generation grower who started out as a red winemaker in Bordeaux, although his family is from Champagne. Since the early 1800s, the family grew grapes in Bouzy but sold them to negociants, until their first estate production in 1950. Georges' first harvest was 2011, 2014 his first release. He was influenced and encouraged by local growers Pierre Paillard and Benoit Lahaye, and has embraced organic farming across his 4.6 hectares of vineyards, and is now using biodynamic applications as well.
